12:00: Beginner Equipment Class with Monica
This class is designed for beginner level students looking to incorporate equipment into a full Pilates workout. The class is a great way to learn and work out on the Reformer, Cadillac, Tower, Wunda Chair, Mat, and other Pilates apparatus in a small group setting.

New Class – Tower Basics!

This tower class (see tower class description) will introduce you to the fundamental tower exercises. Tower Basics is recommended for students that have taken several mat classes and have a basic understanding and foundation of classical Pilates mat work, core connection and are eager to enhance their Pilates training. Voted “Top Ten Workouts in New York City”, Tower Classes utilize a Pilates spring resistant apparatus to help find a deeper connection to your “powerhouse.” PREREQUISITE: RECOMMENDED 3 PILATES MAT CLASSES. RESERVATIONS REQUIRED. LIMITED TO SIX PARTICIPANTS.

A fun, high-energy, total body workout that fuses Pilates, Strength Training, Calisthenics and Barre. Firm and tighten your entire body using deep toning movement that results in a longer and leaner physique.
