This tower class (see tower class description) will introduce you to the fundamental tower exercises. Tower Basics is recommended for students that have taken several mat classes and have a basic understanding and foundation of classical Pilates mat work, core connection and are eager to enhance their Pilates training. Voted “Top Ten Workouts in New York City”, Tower Classes utilize a Pilates spring resistant apparatus to help find a deeper connection to your “powerhouse.” PREREQUISITE: RECOMMENDED 3 PILATES MAT CLASSES. RESERVATIONS REQUIRED. LIMITED TO SIX PARTICIPANTS.
